Morning briefing
Today's schedule, gaps, provider load, and flagged patients, summarized before you walk in.
DOCK puts an intelligent operator inside your practice systems. It runs the front desk: schedules, gaps, no-shows, rebooking, marketing with the newest platform tools. It runs the billing desk: unpaid claims, prior auths, denial workups, all draft-first with a human approving. And it stays current, because DOCK continuously syncs complete Zenoti and Tebra documentation and release notes, so the agent always knows what your software can do this week, not last year.
Built on the open-source zenoti-mcp-server and tebra-mcp-server, 400+ downloads a month with zero marketing, running in production at a Newport Beach multi-specialty practice. Works on your phone today through the Claude mobile app.
Two desks, one operator. Practice management tools cover guests, appointments, bookings, invoices, and memberships. Medical billing tools cover 45 functions across patients, encounters, claims, payments, documents, and FHIR R4 clinical data. And the billing desk serves every specialty that bills through Tebra, primary care to plastic surgery, because payer rules and denial codes are the same fight in every one of them. The workflows write themselves.
Today's schedule, gaps, provider load, and flagged patients, summarized before you walk in.
Guests who finished a series and never rebooked, ranked by historical spend, with drafted outreach.
Campaigns built with the newest platform features, because the agent reads every release note the night it ships.
Claims aging past 30, 60, and 90 days, sorted by dollar value, with missing-documentation flags for your biller.
Auth packets assembled from the chart, denial workups drafted from the payer's own CARC and RARC codes on the remittance, your biller approves and submits.
Confirmation drafts for patients with no-show history before the gap costs you the hour.
Benchmark your pricing and service menu against every competing practice in your radius, with sources.
FHIR R4 clinical tools mean questions like "who is overdue for follow-up after their last encounter" actually get answered.
Collected vs. booked, by provider and service line, in a message instead of a report export.
Most AI integrations know your data but not your software. DOCK maintains a continuously synced knowledge index of the complete Zenoti and Tebra documentation, help centers, API changelogs, and release notes, refreshed nightly by an automated hook.
The practical difference: when Zenoti ships a new marketing tool or Tebra changes a billing workflow, your agent knows the next morning and uses it. Ask "what is the best way to run this promotion" and the answer reflects this week's platform, with the steps to execute inside your account.
The same engine powers deep market research: competitor pricing, service menu benchmarks, and local demand trends, answered with sources by frontier models.
I am James Rosing, MD, FACS, a board-certified plastic surgeon. I own and run a multi-specialty practice in Newport Beach that lives on these systems, and I built both connectors because I wanted my own morning briefing.
DOCK is the hosted version of the open-source MCP servers I published on npm: same code paths, plus the things a practice actually needs before trusting it — encrypted per-practice credentials, read-only by default, audit logs on every call, and someone who answers email because his own practice runs on it too.
For Tebra practices we execute a Business Associate Agreement before anything connects, and PHI never trains a model. Write actions (booking, messaging) are opt-in per practice and always draft-first: Claude proposes, a human approves.
The first ten practices on each plan lock founding pricing for life and get direct access to me while we shape the workflow library together. Plans are named for what they do; today they run on Zenoti and Tebra, with more systems docking next.
14-day refund, no questions. Setup is one call, BAA included.
